Vintage Rolodex

Wow! $3 at Urban Ore in Berkeley! First things first:
I drew my new rolodex on a rolodex card and filed it
under the "Ro" tab. This thing is full of potential...

Spinning Yarn at Old Navy

A day of spinning in the mall in Santa Rosa (2006). Oddly,
after an hour or so, the mall security guard asked me to
leave "because you are making something." I was a bit
baffled. Passers-by sure seemed to enjoy it though!

Spinning Yarn with No Enemy

I like to join my pal Paul and his No Enemy clothing
company at fairs and festivals. I spin organic cotton on
my wheel, and he sells organic cotton clothing with
messages of peaceful living. Sometimes Paul takes a
turn on the wheel too! The plan is to turn all of the yarn
spun at No Enemy events into a handcrafted reproduction
of a No Enemy t-shirt.

When I was a child...

My mom just dug this out of storage. Wow!
I was eight when I made this. Notice the
sweet dispensing action.

Sky Scarf Knitting Pattern

This is the first in a series of conceptual knitting pattern
postcards. The "pattern" is a set of instructions that involves
some sort of activity or process that determines what the
knitted item will look like. If you knit a Sky Scarf, please
email me a photo and I will post it!

I hope to have the set of postcards up for purchase at
www.leafcutterdesigns.com when they are done. If you have
an idea for a conceptual knitting pattern that you'd like me
to make a postcard for, drop me a line:
leafcutterdesigns-at-gmail-dot-com.

Travelling Salesman Case

What a find! This might be the perfect case
for Infinite Possibilities: A Game of Artifact
Associations. It is just asking for backpack
straps to be added...
